The Kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia. The Kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia was created by the Congress of Vienna in 1815. It consisted of Lombardy (the former duchy of Milan), Mantua, and the city plus the Italian territory of the former Republic of Venice.
